Green Tech Ag & Turf Inc. operates two John Deere farm equipment dealerships, one located in Winchester and the other in Richmond, Ontario. We are a wholly owned subsidiary of PEI Farm Equipment Ltd. which is a subsidiary of PEI Bag Holdings Ltd.
Green Tech was formed in 2003 when two dealerships, Hamilton Farm & Garden Ltd. in Winchester Ontario and Green Valley Sales & Service Inc. in Richmond Ontario were consolidated and purchased by PEI Farm Equipment Ltd.
PEI Farm Equipment Ltd., also owns 50% of the voting common shares of Green Diamond Equipment Ltd. Green Diamond operates 8 John Deere stores in PEI, Nova Scotia and New Brunswick.
Today, Green Tech proudly serves the counties of Lanark, Leeds & Grenville, Prescott & Russell, Renfrew, and Stormont Dundas & Glengarry, as well as the City of Ottawa in Ontario. We also serve La Vallee-De-La-Gatineau, Les Collines-De-L`Outaouais, and Pontiac in Quebec.
